First time set up but child cant remember any of the setup details….account or password. Samsung said I have to send it off for repair “flashing”. Is there any way around this cost ?
Flashing is actually the most common thing to do but bear in mind you’re going to loose the data. You can just do a factory reset which is easy. If you need to flash it, then use the firmware and tutorial as shared above; seems the previous link is broken. Samsung flash file and flashing tutorial link.
