Hi! I’ve recently bought an iphone 7 off ebay, and after fiddling with it it went dead. First it was stuck on the apple logo and then died completely. Would there be a way to get a cheap logicboard somewhere that isn’t iCloud locked or anything? Thanks, Simon. Also, if there’s another possible reason for the phone dying, please tell me.
Your best bet is to go back to eBay. Find one that is in bad shape but has a clean board.
if it has been less than 30 days and you didn’t break it yourself then I would recommend trying to get your money back.
I bought it with the functionality being unknown, but it did work for a moment.
