I have a 1990 club car ds and the battery will not charge. I replaced the generator starter, solenoid, volt regulator, new ground wire to battery, new 10 gauge wire from solenoid to starter generator. Cleaned all the ground wires and frame. Still won’t charge. Traced all the wires and inspected for damage. Still not charging. I’m about to give up on this cart. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
@suzand sure looks like you already replaced all the parts that belong to the charging circuit.
The only thing I would try is to perform the tests according to the SM and see if anything comes back as not properly working. I’d be focusing on the wiring that has not yet been replaced. Check for broken wires, poor contacts or loose cable connectors. Club Car DS Service Manual
