Chosen Solution
My iphone 5s charge only when its off. When its on it says accessories may not supported. I tried so many cables, wall chargers, clean up phone cable connector, and finly replace a new lightning cable connector and audio jack( complete set). Fault is still there. Should i change battery or any other suggestions.
Do not change the battery. When there is a power/charge issue, the battery is the last thing to consider because it almost never fails. This is more likely to be a board issue, the Lightning port IC is damaged.
