Why want the sensor work?

Usually mobile phone fingerprint solutions are individually encrypted. I cannot say Samsung phones are like this as well but it is VERY likely to be. So you cannot replace the sensor, you simply can’t.

the home button you bought doesn’t have a fingerprint sensor inbuilt. that’s why it doesn’t work.
