Chosen Solution
New (refilled) cartridge. Was the reason I replaced cartridge. Has cartridge error, cartridge not meant for, black and color cartridge error. Mostly cartridge error for new color cartridge.
@smo try the HP solution first. Then check out this site. Also consider that the cartridge may have failed, let us know if you are using HP cartridges.
