We are not Plantronics, you can check with their warranty policies. https://www.plantronics.com/us/en/suppor… If you say it stopped working and not mention a car, they may replace it. You can always complain and mention that it cost over $130 If you could upload images, maybe its possible to repair yourself and someone on this forum can guide you.
