My 2003 accura stopped entering reverse after a friend used my battery to help someone. The problem was fixed only for it to resurface again but all other gear selectors are working fine. Advise needed urgently please.
I would try resetting the car’s computer through removing the battery negative terminal for around 10 seconds. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, I’d take it in to a mechanic (or auto parts store) to have them check for error codes via the OBD2.
