mickeymouse442930 could be the horn itself, the horn relay or the horn button. Check the horn by applying directly 12Vpower to it. Positive to the contact and negative to the ground on the horns case will work. Since you did not tell us which model your Pontiac is, we can not provide you with greater detail.
