I can use sms and my data just fine but when i try to make a phone call it wouldnt do anything for a couple of seconds and then hang up,and when i asked my friend to call my phone it went straight to voicemail,so im just wondering if somebody else is having this problem and if so had anyway to fix it.(P.S it’s also updated to 7.0 nougat)
Your probably experiencing software issues. A Samsung Certified Repair shop such as UbreakIfix should be able to do a reflash of the most current firmware for your device. I do it at my shop all the time. It would either be a Samsung flat rate of about 40 that is either covered by Samsung or you have to pay out of pocket depending on the shops guidelines. There is a possibility that a component inside is malfunctioning but if the device wasn’t dropped or exposed to water then this wouldn’t be probable. But still not impossible as some parts/components in these device can be just plain and simply go bad and stop working because of a bad manufacture or bad batch of parts.
