Cant Put Password In And Can T Delete Or Backspace Lenovo Yoga 2 11

When I try to put my password in it won’t work. For instinct…when I press “r” it puts it in servers times. When I try to delete it or press backspace it won’t do it. Can we reset it? How can I fix this problem?

This happened but only mine was totally frozen so I got it uptpdated and got it checked now it works
