I have an HP Ink Tank wireless 415 and when i want to print from my computer, my computer gives paper stuck error(not printer) but when i try to print from my phone its fine so theres no problem with printer i think? Does anyone have an idea why this is happening? (can print on wired connection but error shows when i try to do it wireless)
Hi, Have you got the latest printer drivers applicable to the OS installed in the computer, you didn’t say? Click on Choose a different OS and select the OS and version applicable to your computer. All the drivers and software seem very recent although I recommend that you only update the printer drivers using the Driver product installation software download and if the printer is working OK after the update then maybe update the firmware etc.
