The screw from the battery lid is broken, there is no cross to turn the screwdriver in there is just a hole
if there is no slot available for your screwdriver, it is likely stripped, in which case you will need to dremmel out a slot for a driver, and open it that way. this is quite invasive, and the screw may need to be replaced depending on how heavily you cut it.
