You didn’t really describe the issue clearly… I assume by the “right” way,you mean it doesn’t move correctly? I don’t know if you mean it physically doesn’t feel right,or if it just doesn’t move the character in a game,yet feels physically fine. If it’s under the 1 year warranty,you can call Nintendo back and confidently say that it doesn’t work,it’s under warranty,and you need it to be fixed,period.
