I have zte max pro but everytime someone calls me they can hear me but i cannot hear anything unless it is connected to my car bluetooth i tried raising the voice volume and it is at its highest but still can barely hear the other person on the other line how can i fix this
Sounds like the speaker is broken, most likely moisture got into the speaker as that’s the most common way I see phone speakers go out, you may need a repair.
