I have parking brake issue where I can’t even pulled the lever for my parking brake on my 89 Toyota pickup but all the cables underneath I can pull and it pulls my brakes on have any suggestions you can get ahold of me
The brake arm could be jammed by something not letting you pull it check to see blockage or rust May need to replace it which is not too difficult as you say you can pull the cables and they work
