how do you get ink cartridges lined up to remove,no instruction how to stop cartridges in right position
changed the ink jet but the red light wont go off, ??
I have this same issue. my ink is not out, but my print head needs to be cleaned, i cant get the ink out so that i can manually clean the ink head and i dont want to break the printer.
