Why can’t I connect to my wifi? I can see the SSID of my wireless network, however when I try to connect via wifi, it can’t connect, but it is connecting when I use a cable. I already tried connecting other devices on the wireless network as well but so far, it is only the laptop that is not connecting
find the model number of the laptop and download the wireless drivers or try updating the drivers. you can check on youtube on how to do that.
