My tablet can connect to the router but not the Internet. I checked with a tech person and the ip address is open and working finefine. I even tried a factory reset. Is the WiFi hardware burnt out? How can I tell? Thank you.
Check to make sure the clock time matches that of the router. Basically just make sure the time is the same for where you are, I had the same problem when I came back from traveling to Mexico.
