See my previous query ‘is a failed Hard disk terminal’ Now fitted a new hard disk and loaded my MS official copy of Windows7 64bit. However, the laptop does not locate an internet connection, and gives a message concerning the lack of a suitable network driver. My router is working OK (I am using it now), so how can I load a driver when I cannot connect to the Internet ? Do I need to find a source for ALL drivers required for the laptop, and how do I load them ?
You have to get to a PC that has internet connection and then go to this page. https://www.asus.com/Notebooks/N55SL/Hel… Here download the appropriate drivers for your WLAN card. Then the laptop should be able to connect to your router.
