My laptop went thru preparing automatic repair and then stuck at the black screen. No diagnosing your pc’s step. Any suggestions on what should i do?
Remove the battery. Leave it out. Start the laptop with just the power pack. Sometime this works. Once laptop finished its repair. Shut down the laptop at the power point, attach battery, turn on the power point and start laptop as normal.
