Chosen Solution
I ran a load on the Jeans cycle last night with the automatic time of 54 minutes. I paused the cycle at 26 minutes. Then I pushed Cancel and the cycle reset back to the original 54 minutes and would never clear off after pushing Cancel many times. I left the door open so it wouldn’t run and today all looked great. No lights or indicators on. I started a Touchup load on Low to test and after 2 minutes Paused and then Cancelled. It all looked good and then all of a sudden the dryer set itself for the Jeans cycle. I tried to Cancel again and it immediately set itself to the Jeans setting. It lets me change to other settings but does not cancel all together.
momoffab4 try to reset it by unplugging in for a while. Not just turning it off but physically unplugging it. If that does not yield any result you could try to press and hold in the select and start/pause buttons together until def appears in the window. That will reset the machine to the factory settings.
