cancel and ink lights are blinking together and the cartridges are new what is the problem can any one help?
REF: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c03… Starting on page 6 in the above manual, it gives the meanings of that status lights. Page 8, shows a status of two blinking cartridge lights. Unfortunately, the manual does not provide an indication of a blinking “cancel” and “cartridge lights”. My best guess is that it is not the “cancel” button blinking, but the “attention light” (looks like this [!]), located next to the cancel button is blinking. Page 6 has the solution steps to resolve this. Hope this helps.
