Chosen Solution
I replaced the battery but the surface pro will not turn on. If I take the battery out can I test the rest of the surface pro by just plugging it in to see if it will turn on? Or if there is a guide on how to use a multimeter on the board to test it I am willing to try that. Thanks for any help.
It will run only from your Power Cord, I‘ve tested it. So if it still doesn‘t boot up, there must be some other problem.
