Hi, i just got a brand new Braven XXL 2 today and it’s been on charge for the last 4 hours and the light is green on the back, it only turns on when it’s still plugged in but it won’t start by itself after disconnected from the wall…tried the reset hole for 10 seconds still nothing can you send me the details of warranty replacement in perth , Australia please
Hi @joekay You may have to contact the store where you purchased it from. Looking online this appears to be the only way. FYI Also in most places it seems that there is a 2 year warranty on the speaker
