I have had a 55" Vizio for about 10 years and have absolutely loved it. We recently moved and bought a 50" Vizio. The info bar on the new TV is so small we can’t see it. We can barely see the channel it is on or the info about the show. Is there a way to make that larger like the older TVs?
Hi @myextra99, What is the signal source of the TV? Is it from the antenna or from a “box” of some description? If from a “box” have you checked the settings in the box to ensure that things like aspect ratio and other settings that affect the picture are OK?
Hi @kreeves11674 , Can only suggest that you check that the aspect ratio for the TV is set to Normal (p.36 of the User Guide) and failing that try restoring the TV to its’ factory default settings (p.38 of the User Guide - take note of the warning if you go to do this). Hi kreeves, try turning on the zoom mode, it enlarges the text on the channel, so u can see the info better on the channel.
