All information I could find stated that the glass is part of the display unit and therefore the whole display unit has to be replaced. It seems pretty expensive too. I found the unit on ebay used for $75 or new at https://rounded.com/gear-s3-classic-sm-r… for over $100. There is a guide for disassembly here on ifixit.
