At the back of my ps4 slim where the top cover with the ps logo is on is bent so it’s exposed, and I’m wondering if you can fix it?

That being said, it appears that the top of your case has just popped loose and it looks like it can simply be popped back in place. The PS4 Slim Power Supply Replacement guide shows, as one of the steps, how to take that top cover off. Skip to Step 4 of that guide and follow the directions for removing the top cover. Once you have it off, slide that rear side back on then pop down the front corners and you should be good.
