is it possible to put an iPhone 6 battery into an iPhone 6s will it mess up anything or overheat?
You cant use iphone 6 battery on iPhone 6s as they are interchangeable. Connector differences plus setting of different mAh wouldn’t accept it during full charges especially os updates. Please note that ios during updates is testing full phones functionality. And if any faulty is found - phone could be bricked
