Hi. I am writing to ask some questions on my iPhone 5S. I had thrown my iPhone to a inside wall. It was very strongly impacted. The screen did not smash but I did not have my case on either. I tried turning it on after that moment of rage and it did not. So I opened it up when I got home and everything looked perfectly fine, but it was not turning on! So I bought a new battery, it heated up once, never again, so I bought a new charging port (all off eBay, various sellers not going to be mentioned). The new charging port still did not help the new battery. So I bought another battery and received it yesterday. It heated up, first time it was warmish, second time the sim card metal and A7 chip metal cover was boiling hot, burnt my finger when touching it for 3 seconds to see if it was heating up. I used the 2 second new battery with the new charging port connected to the logic board. iTunes picked it up in recovery mode but when I chucked the phone that time it was near full charge and not in recovery mode. I tried restoring it with the second new battery and new charging port connected to the logic board and it kept saying firmware not correct for the requested build (something along those words). I then put the original charging port back in with the second new battery. Nothing happened, no heat! I now don’t even get anything with the new charging port and second new battery. I have noticed the charging port ribbon to logic board does not clicked and kinda does not look connected to the logic board properly. Even though all the pins on the board look correctly in line. I have put as much information in as possible. I do know how to repair iPhones but this one is a strange on for sure. Any help or similar situation fixes/answer will be appreciated. Many thanks, Adam.

Two things you most certainly have are a broken screen, and some major board problems. Take it to your nearest independent repair shop that does micro soldering to get repaired
