I have a Movado Connect 2.0 smart watch that won’t charge. I replaced the base, so that’s not the issue. I’d like to send it somewhere to get it fixed.
Hi @jeredm Ifixit does not do repairs. It mainly deals in supplying parts for mobile phones, computers and tablet etc mainly Apple/Mac products but the list is always increasing. Click on the Store link at the top of the page to see what is available. It also hosts a web platform where people can ask and/or answer questions about repairing their devices themselves. You mentioned replacing the base, did you also try replacing the battery as well? It may be that the battery has failed. Even rechargeable batteries have a life. Usually there is a model number or battery specification, printed on the battery itself which will help to find a replacement.
