I have broke my MacBook screen and want to replace it. Can this be done at home? Or do I have to send it in to Apple? MacBook Air 13” 2017 model

Yes you can do it yourself with the correct tools and a little skill. I would check with Louis rossmann at rossmanngroup.com for the screen and the screw drivers. You will want to watch a few videos on YouTube to make sure you feel comfortable doing it. Louis also can do it you can call for a price.
