We had some lightning. I did not get everything unplugged in time. Our Keurig 2.0-400 display went blank. I unplugged it for a time. Now it displays ok some but mostly the screen is full of lines. It still works only hard to tell what you are dong.

You need to open it up and make sure the little plug is fully plugged in. Common problem with these units
