Hi everyone, On every each tutorial I come across to replace screen or anything else I noticed that the battery must be disconnected before unplugging the screen or anything else. Hence I don’t quite understand why can the battery can remain connected while the screen is unplugged when replace the screen adhesive? Am I missing something? What should I beware of when doing this? Thank you very much !
It is the plunging and unplugging of connectors that can blow the fuses that are soldered on the logic board. So it is ok to have the battery plugged in while you are not plugging or unplugging a connector.
