My tablet will not retain a charge. By the time the tablet logs in the battery is dead. If I want to use the tablet I have to keep it connected to the charger. I am not sure of the model number. However, it is a 7” RCA tablet. Can the battery be replaced?
Yes it can be replaced, however it depends on the model number on how to do this. Some have to be desoldered and the new one to be resoldered.
