My watch got broke in a corner were the pin strap goes, what can i do? Any ideas?
i have a same problem. I got the watch last November 2015..First i return it where i bought the watch (bestbuy) and they said they cant repair or replace so i called the Samusung company if they can repair or replace my 1 month old watch so i send it to them and after 4days they called me and they can repair but i need to pay $160 to repair the watch but of course i did not pay for it coz i can buy a new watch!but i dont want to buy another watch that was expensive but a cheap materials
This is a defect in the watch. I have the same problem after 4 months of purchasing the watch.
I gave up repair bought gear live for $80. So much happier with this watch. It’s android os and it does so much more and doesn’t have the flaw in the strap.
