I can’t get into my phone because it’s locked and i need the apple id and password to unlock it which i don’t know because the phone belonged to someone else and i don’t have any way that i can contact the previous owner, what can i do now? is there any way that this can be fixed? please help!
It’s bricked forever. Give it back to Apple so they can get it to the owner.
if you are looking to get past the “code” on the screen to get into the phone -you need to reset it through itunes- if the device is iCloud locked you basically have a brick if the previous owner is no where to be found. There isn’t anyway to bypass the cloud lock.
You don’t have Apple ID and password, so it is impossible for you to unlock it with icloud. If you have synced your device to a computer in recent times, you can try to restore the device via itunes. If not, you can only turn to the third-party software. For myself, I used a windows unlocker called joyoshare ipasscode unlocker to remove the locked screen and it succeeded. Maybe you can have a try.
