I don’t ever remember putting in a pin into the phone. I always use my fingerprint. It has just restarted after updates & says I need to enter my pin, but will not accept my fingerprint. How can I use my phone? Please help :(
can you access the phone? if not go to a shop to see what they can do. if so try to click the forgot pin option and make a new one then make a note of it in somewhere were only you know. about the finger print try to make a new one.
