I cannot receive any calls on this phone, yet it can make calls. It receives the text saying I missed a call, but the call itself does not appear. What might be wrong with the phone?
If you haven’t already try resetting network settings which you can do via the settings app > general > reset > reset network settings. If the phone is not up to date try updating the software as well.
