Chosen Solution
I decided to reset all settings on my iPhone 6 in order to get the software update to show up since I wanted to upgrade from ios 10 to 12. During the reboot I got a Apple logo loading bar screen and it got to almost the end and just stayed there. I tried updating my phone through iTunes but after update it goes back to the same Apple logo loading bar screen. I also entered and exited recovery mode and DFU mode with no success. I do not want to restore the iPhone since I do not want to lose my pictures, videos and other data. Please help!
Hi this does happen from time to time. I would try a different PC or I would uninstall itunes and then reinstall.
