Started on the right speaker, which then cracked. So I moved to the left speaker and went down, and came across an existing crack which bent up, preventing my pick from moving the rest of the way. The same thing happened when I tried going up. So i’m pretty much stuck at this point. Any tips on continuing past where i’m at right now?
My guess is that the adhesive hasn’t been heated enough. Backoff from the crack a bit and reheat the area with the heated opening pad. Also Make sure that you are not cutting through the antenna cables, or the display cable. There is a guide here that shows the layout of the cables and where it is safe to cut through. It’s already cracked, just power through.
