iPhone 5 won’t take a call or make one their is a code a person. Put one on and it worked great then bam I need code and I tried *#31# didn’t work need help
Seems like an activation issue. This issue occurs a lot on android when rooting a device as well. You will need to backup your data to iTunes then use iTunes to factory reset the phone and completely wipe it so you will have to reactivate it. If iTunes reset doesn’t work, then you will have to bring the phone into your carriers nearest store for them to manually activate the device in-store. If this helped, let me know!
