When making a call from my device, neither the recipient or myself can hear one another. Furthermore, when texting it will just say failed to send. But, I can use 4g data without a problem what so ever. i have tried a new replacement sim which hasn’t resolved anything. I’m thinking this would be something to do with the sim reader? but, I had apple do an online diagnostic through my device and they said nothing was present to say that something was damaged. Has anyone ever experienced anything like this before?
Have you logged into your online account for your phone’s service provider? Try checking the status of your plan to make sure that your call/text services are still active. You may consider calling their customer service line from a working phone to ask them if there are any problems in your account.
