Hi I have a Alcatel one touch Flint and I can’t get text from one number I can get calls and I can send text I don’t know if it is my phone or what but I am not going to set on the phone with cricket costumer service for have the day and not get help
I have heard of this happening before this is the solution that has worked for others: Delete the contacts and reenter the information as new contacts. Hopefully that helped:)
